Lightomorrow policy is to ship either the following or the second working day after an order is received. The tracking number will be sent to the customer's email, around THREE to FIVE days after shipment.

State by state ecommerce sales tax breakdown
Whether you’re in Alaska or California, New York or New Hampshire, each state has a specific tax breakdown and code to follow for your ecommerce store.
Most states have substantial sales thresholds for sales tax nexus. The most common is $100,000 in gross annual sales or 200 transactions in the last four quarters. Massachusetts, California,Texas and New York have a threshold of $500,000, so you may be exempt from collecting taxes in many states.

Return & Refund Policy
Only purchases made directly from our online store https://www.Lightomorrow.com/ qualify for our policy.
Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact our Customer Service team via Email within 14 days of your delivery date.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, mail us back your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns
For any reason you are not satisfied with our Whiteboard, please do not hesitate to contact us right away. The following situation is included in the warranty:

A: If your order is damaged in transit, you are eligible to file for damaged reimbursement by contacting us via email. To receive a reimbursement, you must provide photographic proof of the damaged item or items. We'll give you a full refund or send you a replacement as your will.
B: If you want to return it for any other reason, you could contact us and return the product to the designated place by us. But you might bear the freight and restocking fee for it, due to the difficulty to transport large-sized product.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Returns of non-defective supplies, non-installed equipment, and parts are charged a 25% restocking fee and must be returned freight prepaid. The returns need to be completed within 21 days since the date of receiving goods. The product must be returned in its original selling packing, in its original quantity, and in resaleable condition. For these items, the customer is responsible for the return freight.

Returns of non-defective installed equipment will not be accepted.

Freight Collect is not accepted and will be refused.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Later or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
